What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of merchandise that has not been worn or washed and is in its original packaging with all tags. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee if the item is not in it's original packaging. You are required to pay return shipping and original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Returns are for your money back, not a store credit trap. All sales final items are not eligible for return. If you have a problem with an order please reach out to us and we will assist you to find a solution.

Why are your prices higher than fast fashion?

Because real costs exist. GOTS-certified organic cotton costs more than conventional. Fair wages cost more. We are also a small business and it costs more to order smaller quantities. We're transparent about this, but you're getting clothes that last years instead of weeks, made without harming people or the planet. That math works out.

Do you ever have sales?

We don't do flash sales or surprise discounts designed to make you panic-buy. Our prices reflect real value. That said, we occasionally offer subscriber-only appreciation discounts announced well in advance, giving you time to plan. We also do end of the season sales and deep clearance discounts when we get to the last bits of inventory that is not restocking.

What if something sells out?

Core colors are permanent and regularly restocked as needed. For seasonal prints, we'll always be honest about our inventory and restock plans. If something sells out faster than expected, we'll tell you whether and when it's coming back. 

I can't afford ethical fashion right now.

That's okay. Really. We're not here to shame anyone's choices or circumstances. If fast fashion is what works for your family right now, that's valid. Sustainable fashion is a journey, not a moral test. We'll be here when (and if) the timing is right for you. In the meantime, buying less, buying secondhand, and caring for what you have are all meaningful choices too. Check out our blog and social for ways to extend the life of garments you already have.

Are you really ethical/sustainable?

We're on a journey, not at a destination. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton and TENCEL Modal from certified sustainable sources. We work with factories that meet ethical standards. But we're also a small brand learning as we go. We're honest about where we are and transparent about where we're headed. Progress over perfection.
